1. NATURE OF VIRTUAL GOODS AND SERVICES

All items, packages, kits, queue bypasses, and roles (collectively, "Virtual Goods") sold on this Store are digital, non-tangible virtual assets.

Virtual Goods hold no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed for real-world currency under any circumstances.

Virtual Goods are provided solely to enhance your gameplay experience on our specific Rust servers.

You acknowledge that you do not own these Virtual Goods; rather, you are purchasing a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use them in-game.

2. STRICT NO-REFUND AND NO-EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to the digital, instantly delivered nature of our Virtual Goods, all sales are final.

No Refunds: We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or chargebacks for any purchase made on our website.

No Exchanges: Purchased items, roles, or kits cannot be exchanged, swapped, or transferred to another player, Steam ID, or Discord account.

Delivery Failures: In the rare event that an item is not delivered automatically, it is your responsibility to type /refreshkits in-game or open a support ticket on our Discord. We will manually verify and fulfill the delivery of the purchased product, but this does not entitle you to a refund.

3. BANNING, SUSPENSIONS, AND LOSS OF ACCESS

We reserve the absolute right to run and moderate our game servers and community spaces to ensure a fair and safe environment.

Right to Ban: We reserve the right to ban, suspend, mute, or restrict your access to our Rust servers, website, store, and Discord bot at any time, for any reason, or for no reason at all, at our sole and absolute discretion.

No Compensation upon Banning: If you are banned or restricted from our servers, you will lose access to all active roles, queue passes, and unused kits immediately. You will receive absolutely no refund, exchange, compensation, or payout for any virtual items or roles remaining on your account, regardless of the cause or duration of the ban.

Server Wipes & Downtime: Rust servers require scheduled map and blueprint wipes to function. We do not compensate for lost virtual items due to normal server wipes, game updates, server crashes, hosting provider downtime, or physical server relocation.

4. CHARGEBACKS, DISPUTES, AND BLACKLISTING

Attempting to circumvent our strict refund policy by filing a dispute, claim, or chargeback with your bank, credit card issuer, or payment gateway (e.g., Paymob, local mobile wallets, or crypto gateways) is a severe breach of these Terms.

Immediate Termination: Any player who initiates a payment dispute or chargeback will be immediately and permanently banned from all of our Rust servers, our Discord community, and our website.

Permanent Blacklisting: Your SteamID, Discord ID, IP address, and payment information will be permanently blacklisted across our database.

Debt Collection: We reserve the right to submit your details to merchant blacklists and fraud prevention networks to protect other digital store owners.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of your access to or inability to access our Rust servers or Store.

6. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our website or servers following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
